I recently changed my CPU cooler. I installed Corsair's H100iv2 but too tightly, and my cooler has marks on it. The CPU does not look harmed at all, but my PC doesn't boot up all the way. The lights and fans turn on, but my monitor does not receive any signal. I did not touch anything but the cooler. Any ideas?
