Hi, i bought a new pc build whit the following characteristics:

asus strix z270h
i7 7700k
geForce gtx asus strix 1080 ti gaming oc
corsair 2x8gb 3200mhz
corsair h100i v2 (The fans blow the air out)
psu 850w 80 plus bronze
cooler master cm 690 III (have 2 fans, front (blow the air out), and behind (blow the air in))

I'm using turbo mode whit the cpu.

Core temps vary between 25°C to 48°C and the liquid cooler Is in balanced mode, if i change to performance mode corsair Link change the colour of the pump to red (the app change the colour when the h100i v2 reaches highers temperatures than 50°C, although the program doesnt indicate higher temperatures than 29).

My question is the following:
Is normal thats temps?I understand that no. If I'm correct, what should I do? I read several threads but I'm not sure.

Thanks to everyone and excuse my bad english!

Solution
So use a different program to monitor temps that way you can compare. Idle temps aren't that important unless they are super high because of that "sticking" I was talking about. Try it with a game and see how hot it gets. If it starts getting close to 80 then stop and we know you have a problem.

I'm still downloading and installing windows updates, i didnt force the cpu.
I forget to say that the ambient temp is 10°C.
My fear is that something happens when i really stress the processor, but without doing oc.

Thanks for yours answers! i will try change air flow. I just updated windows 7 to 10 because my cpu isnt 100% compatible and would not let me keep updating it. Now the app marks me about 5°C less, can be related?
