Can my laptop run arma 3, 4 year old laptop

Hello i was wondering if my
Lenovo Thinkpad T420 14-inch
Can run arma 3 im about to buy the game on steam i just want to be sure that the laptop can run it
Specs:
Intel Core i5-2520M 2.5GHz
Nvidia NVS 4200M 1GB Shared
8GB DDR3 RAM
320GB 5400 RPM HDD
14.1 inch, 1600 x 900 pixels (TN)
Windows 7 Professional

While the laptop maybe 4 years old, the hardware within it is 6 years old. Both the CPU and GPU were released back in early 2011. That is when the Thinkpad T420 was initially released for sale.

The nVidia NVS 4200m is pretty weak. It is less powerful than the Intel HD 4000 found in 3rd generation Intel Core series CPUs released in early 2012. Here's ARMA 3 running on the Intel HD 3000 which is a little less powerful than the nVidia NVS 4200m.
