Ok so I am in the process of contacting Gigabyte RMA. I have purchased 2 mother boards One that had static electricity due to the PSU and carpet discharge. My other one the same PSU caused a fire done with antec. Ok what ever that's fine s*** happens. So I am in the process of contacting RMA. How do I get there attention and get a new mother board? Like I said I bought TWO from them same model and everything. Just looking for ONE to be replaced. Really don't want to dump more money into this. I am getting a new Intel i5 6500 due to the fire. Intel has be covered. Intel is amazing. Amazing customer service too! Kinda scared with Gigabyte RMA just because I haven't heard great thing's about them. What do I do or should expect from them?

Solution
Read your warranty list carefully, most manufacturers will not honor it if they find physical damage or user caused damage. It's only up to their own will to help.
