Ask its assistance , i use procie: 8 amd fx-8320e cores ( oc 4ghz ) vga: his amd r9 390x iceq x2 oc 8gb gddr5 ram: adata 8gb ( dram 800mhz single channel ) hdd: 1tb ( remaining 150gb ) well ... problem that i experience is hardware above does not work with optimal , Even dare i say bad . As a result of the fps very low in game rts , if in a game of rts this releases the new , probably still sensible why i got fps low , but i played the game using directx 9 / 10 , as company of heroes 1 ( games 2006 ) , funnily enough if specifications the pc far over specifications recomended got fps with an average of only 10 and 15 fps game if crowded ( many units in games ) , formerly i 've also remove registry ,update the driver , and unpark the cpu , but the results not so feels . Please the solution ..
