Installing Win7 Ultimate Error (a required cd/dvd drive device driver is missing)

I am trying to boot from a flashdrive to install windows 7 ultimate. I get to the install now button then after pressing it the next thing i get is the cd error. The flash drive is in a 2.0 usb slot and ive tried switching it to all the other 8 slots i have available. Any help would be appreciated. Also i do have a cd drive on the computer but ive tried unplugging it and still no success.

Mobo: Asrock AB350m pro4

You are trying to install Windows 7 on a motherboard that was not designed to support Windows 7. Check the manufacturer's website to see if they have any files to allow installing Win 7. Otherwise you have to use Windows 10.

http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/AB350%20Pro4/index.us.asp#osW732 the motherboard website has options for windows 7 drivers but none of them seem useful. im pretty sure it supports win7 cause it has the drop down menu with all the os options for that motherboard on the link page.
