Please suggest a graphics card

I'm building a computer and the motherboard i was given has a pcie 2.0 slot and i want a graphics card that's 2.0 and is able to handle 1080p. Is there any that can do this on pcie 2.0?

depends on your price tag:
~150$: u had 1050ti that can handle 1080p at tweaked setting (low-med, sometimes high)
~200$: RX 470 / 1060 3gb can handle 1080p high but i heard rx 470 are pretty rare nowdays and 1060 3gb's vram are not so futureproofing so i suggest u skip this phase
~250$: RX 480 / 1060 6gb both can play 1080p@60fps max, but just like 470, 480 are pretty rare too.

all the card above had PCIe 3.0 but they are backward compatible so ur PCIe 2.0 will do just fine
