Will a h5 ultimate be enough?

I recently received a CPU cooler (h5 ultimate) and a motherboard as a gift towards my PC build, however I had planned to get a i7 7700k for gaming, and streaming. I've recently read alot about 7700k CPU temps being a bit high so I'm unsure about the cooler I got. Will it be enough for decent over clocking? Or will I have to invest in a better one?

Solution
Not all 7700k CPUs have that problem. You might get lucky and get a good one.
If you get one that needs a high voltage or has an unevenly mounted heat spreader (or both if you are unlucky), coolers can't really do much about it.
How much overclock you can get on your cooler really depends on the particular silicon you get, but you should be fine with 4.7-4.8 unless you get a bad chip in which case you would be better off not overclocking at all. In which case, again your cooler will be more than enough.
That cooler is plenty. i7's tend to run warm, but it has less to do with how much heat they put out (not much), and more to do with their small die size (hard to remove the heat) and poorly attached heatspreaders. The solution to the latter is to delid the CPU, but there's really nothing that can be done about the former.

On the bright side, these CPUs can safely run at 80c+.
