I just built a new pc and when I connected it to my monitor it shows no signal.

Notable info:-
1) Monitor is working fine otherwise.
It is playing from usb slot flawlessly (I connect it to my phone)
2) There are two HDMI slots and it shows power save mode only if the one connected to pc is selected as input
3) When I switch on the computer, led from motherboard and fan lights up. All the fans including case fan, cpu fan and psu fan spins.
4) (i) When speaker is connected to pc and only one ram is plugged, I can hear the Windows sound that is heard after boot is finished. So I'm guessing there's no issue with cpu.
(ii) Also, keyboard and mouse lights blink and I can switch the colors on my keyboard using iys keys and Caps lock is also working. So it doesn't seem to be anything wrong with POST on motherboard.

I have tried many possible solutions including_
1) Removing power cord and pressing Power on button for about a minute(multiple times).
2) Disconnecting and reconnecting HDMI cables
3) Removing CMOS battery for 10 minutes and more(3 times)
4) Cleaning ram and changing their slots
5) Changing inputs from monitor
And whatever I read online including Tom's Hardware, Microsoft, Yahoo, cnet, etc..
