my free agent 500 GB is not compatibile with windows 10. anything I can do wiyh ? please help . need to restore my data .

Windows 10 should have no issues seeing that hard drive. You may want to provide some details about exactly what happens when you plug the drive in. When you say you need to restore you data, was this some backup you need to restore and the software is not working on 10? What exactly is happening, include any error messages you see.
