hi guys recently i build a ryzen system and some problems driving me crazy
first of all my pc isn't stable and it freeze at any time with or without reasons and monitor showing no signal pc freeze and motherboard shows q code 08 and dram qflash turning orange...BUT AFTER RESTARTING PC FROM CASE REST BUTTUN COMPUTER BOOT UP
one time happend while playing GTA V after i quit the game and exit to desktop it happend (not while gaming)
one time when i was browsing and whatching tv series
one time i was doing nothing
one time when i was rendering a scene with 3ds max software and v ray plugin
and twice when i took a strees test on aida 64 + gpu
and once cpuz stress test after hitting quit.
thngs i did till now and it doesn't solve the problem :
1-i didin't overclocked my pc.
2-i uninistall ai suite 3
3-i turn off fast boot from boot and from windows.
4-for being sure i used load optimized from ez something on boot.
5-I TRIED CLEAR CMOS BUTTON ONCE BUT I DIDN'T KNOW IF I DID IT RIGHT
and another thing is my cpu core ferquancy is too high without any reason some times around 1.55 and i want to disable xfr from what cpu-z showing some time it boost till 4.69 or s.th like that
i enabled epu to solve the high ferquany problem but it doesn't worked
and my rams run at 2100 mhz 1.22 voltage
my bios is 1201 from latest official asus bios
and my system specification is :
mb : asus rog crosshair vi hero
cpu : ryzen 1800x
ram : gskill ripjaws v 32gb 16x2 3200 mhz (running at 2100 default)
gpu : msi gaming x nvidia 1070
hdd: seagate baracuda 2tb
psu : 1050 watt.
WINDOWS 10
please help me to find the source of problem and stable my pc...speed not much matter to me but have stable pc on rendering
programs and games does.

I read through your list, and I didn't see what type of CPU cooler you are using? Do you have one installed? Make sure it's seated properly. Also, try removing the CPU and booting, and see if you get any other error codes. Probably need to return the CPU for a new one.

Edit: When I said maker sure it's seated properly, remove the CPU and reinstall it.

I dont think the software you are using is reading the voltage correctly or the speed, ive never know a RyZen CPU to run at 4.69ghz, I think you mean 3.69>3.7ghz which is perfectly normal for it to do, and 1.55v, your CPU would probably be dead by now, instead, try and set the core voltage yourself to 1.25v.

As for your RAM, 16gb sticks are double sided sticks, are you on the latest bios ?, these could be the cause of the problems, running 2 double sided sticks is like running 4 single sided sticks, so you're putting quite a bit of pressure on the memory controller, you might want to try and raise the RAM voltage a little, try 1.275v for a starting point.

And also the CPU NB voltage to 1.100v in total, stock is 0.900v plus offset of +0.180v.

sorry it's my bad i think all the cores running at 3.69 (3.7 ghz) jus one of them boost up to 4.069 or 4.09 (bad typing) but cpu core voltage goes as hgih as 1.55 v but after uninstalling asus's Ai suite 3 it's around normally between 0.4_0.8-1.243 and some tims 1.48 or 1.50 but still it's too high and i don't know how to disable xfr i don't want 4.069 ghz. on one core i want stable pc.
about what you said about putting voltages by my self i don't know how to do it i know from bios i shoud do but i don't know how :??:

my cpu cooler is AMD's WRAIT MAX RGB cooler and the temps are great 75 C at stress test (most of the time 65 C)
and normaly the temp is 44 C
BUT THE GUY FROM STORE THAT I BOUGHT PC , MOUNT THE PC FOR ME AND I'M PRETTY SURE HE MOUNT THE CPU COOLER UPSIDE DOWN AND I DON'T HAVE GUTS TO UNMONT CPU AND CPU COOLER BY MYSELF.

I posted the link, so you can see how to change the voltage manually in your bios. Try reducing the voltage.

You can try changing those 4 RAM settings using the link I posted above.
Running CMD 2T, 80 ohm ProcODT and "Gear Down" is Disabled.

sorry for late reply i went to the bios disabled CPU CORE BOOST and the ferequancies locked at 3.6 ghz and the highest voltage i get in cpu is 1.22 v and i ran some stress test whith aida 64 extreme , cpu z , cine bench and gta v , computer is stable till now no freezes no black screen and no qcode 08 any more i hope that waS JUST XFR and the temps doesn't pass 65 C.
and if i compare from before i disabled the cpu core boost and now 3% lower scores on benchmarks based on cpu
and i get around 6 or 10 lower fps on games so it's worth it to have a stable build.
when the new bioses come and ryzen would be more stable i learnd a little about overclocking by youtube links you send (thank you for that maybe i tweak the cpu to 3.7 or 3.8 ghz) and tweak the ram to reasonable ferequency.
yhank you all for helping.

I'm glad you have it running stable. Playing with the settings is the only way to get everything working right now until the bios gets updated. Asus should have the AGESA 1.0.0.6 update coming out soon. Keep an eye out for it. That said I think you will be able to tweak the CPU and the RAM like others have done.

Edit: If you noticed in Jayz2cents video he had to restart his system 3 times, and had 3 different results before the bios finally booted correctly.
