Will AMD stock cooler bracket work with my fan?

I have the stock AMD cpu cooler and due to a broken screw I can't remove the mounting bracket(pic: http://imgur.com/a/Lenft )
Just before I try remove screw or other drastic measures will my Cryorig H7 mount to this bracket?

No, you need to remove stock holders first. That one and most aftermarket, specially larger coolers. use own backplate and mounting kit.
