Go Here - HWInfo and download this software for your OS. Once installed, go ahead and run it. Then click on the Sensors button. A little more than half way down, you'll see the current voltages for your power supply. Look for the following:

+3.3V - Should read between 3.135V and 3.465V
+5V - Should read between 4.75V and 5.25V
+12V - Should read between 11.4V and 12.6V

Anything close but outside those ranges may indicate a...

on i3 csgo play very well, but on i5 it spike a lot.. is it because of my pcu watt too low?

Anything close but outside those ranges may indicate a dying power supply. Anything significantly off from those numbers (say +12V reads closer to 5V) indicates a serious problem and the power supply should be replaced immediately.

If your power supply is giving close to those ranges, you're probably worrying about nothing.

its all between. thats because im using the i3 now.. i will see when i put my i5 back.. ty so much
