i have the following specs for my current pc

Intel i5-6400 2.7ghz 6MB LGA1151
MSI B150M BAZOOKA Mobo
Kingston 8GB PC2133 DDR4-DIMM
Toshiba 3.5 1TB SATA HDD 7200rpm
Zotac GTX 750TI 2Gb
Seasonic 520w S12II Bronze Psu

if i upgrade my 750ti to 980ti
will my psu be good enough for the 980ti?

That set up would have a load wattage around 440W. (Making assumptions on your other components) so a 520W SHOULD be fine.

However as Kevin says NVIDIA Recommend 600W minimum, as they have to be more cautious in recommendations. 600W would also give you a little bit more room for future improvements.
