I know how this works, you're gonna say to install/uninstall/reinstall C++ and whatnot, and I've done that. I've reinstalled, I've ran as admin, I've ran in compatibility mode, I've verified files, I've done everything I can find online.

I uninstalled and reinstalled both x86 and x64 versions of C++ from 2005 to the newest. I'm not on the newest GPU drivers but only because the newest ones right now cause me some problems. It still didn't work on the last couple though. I didn't uninstall DirectX or anything because so many of my other games depend on it but I don't think that's the issue.
