Can I use a Seagate - IronWolf 10TB NAS Drive as storage in my HTPC....I have a 4TB drive already but running out of space..

It's just that the drive firmware is aimed at a specific use case...a NAS box.
Any particular reason you're wanting to use one of those?

(I have 4 x 4TB IronWolf drives ready to go into my NAS box)

the NAS drive i found is like 150.00 dollars cheaper than the seagate barracuda that is also 10TB ....I didn't want to use a raid set up .....just a regular storage drive

It's also slower. 5400RPM vs 7200RPM.

Where are you pricing these that the IronWolf is $150 cheaper than a Barracuda?
Amazon has the 10TB IronWolf at $341 and the 10TB Barracuda Pro at $399.
