Hello, about close to a year ago I custom built a PC by myself which occasionally would fall into these periods of BSODs. Since this problem came up again, I did a number of things, like reseating the memory, reinstalling fresh installs of 10, and the trouble would go away after a while.

In the last week the system would crash while gaming due to a memory leak, so I narrowed the problem down to my Killer e2400 driver. I updated the driver for it today, but the problem resurfaced when my PC crashed while downloading a game off of Steam. Is there any way I can replace this driver with a non Killer driver? Does Windows have a driver for the network adapter that can gel with this MOBO?

Solution
killer e2400 is a chip, you have to get the driver from the chip vendor. You should first make sure you have updated the BIOS of your motherboard and install the latest version of the motherboard driver or the one from the killer network website. (they tend to have bugs and many updates)

otherwise you would have to disable the chip, and install a third party network card. I tend to like the intel network cards since they have money to keep the drivers updated for years and they actually do a lot of testing. Intel cards will not have the various game cheat functions that the killer cards have. Intel provides copies of their drivers to Microsoft windows so they will actually be updated with windows update.
