When i shut down my PC the LEDs on the board are still on. Is this normal?

Specs:
I7 6700
Asus B250H Strix
16gb Gskill ripjaws ram
iGame GTX 950 (chinese brand)
1tb seagate hdd
250gb samsung ssd
Corsair TXM 650w
NZXT S340 elite
Cooler Master 212 turbo red
