I recently build a computer. The specs are the following:
i7-7700k
Maximus IX hero
Asus GTX1070
16 GB RAM Corsair
2TB HDD
512 SSD M.2 Samsung
I did some changes on the BIOS, such as changes the settings for the m.2 slot (from ACHI to Intel storage... and from x2 to x4+pci-e).
When I was trying to install windows 7, it wasn't possible to identify any storage drive. I checked from the BIOS and it was recognising them.
Then, i tried windows 8 pro, and it was possible to find the HDD only, but i also run the drive intel driver for the SSD and it didn't help me at all.
Any help & advice would be highly appreciated!
