Random Freezing Problem

My pc freezes out of nowhere.

CPU: AMD FX 9590
RAM: 8GB (2x4)
Motherboard: MSI 970A-G46
Graphics: 4gb NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 (MSI)
Storage: 2tb WDC hdd
128 gb Kingston ssd

My computer freeze while playing games or using chrome but for no particular reason. I use windows 10 and its on my ssd. All my other files are in hdd. Sometimes it takes 4-5 hours from opening and sometimes it freezes after 10 minutes of using it. All tempretures are normal 20-50 celcius.

BIOS
have a fresh formatted FAT32 USB stick download the bios from motherboard manufacturer stick the bios you just downloaded on the USB stick recommend at least 2 bios's re-boot press the delete button repeatedly to get into bios select system update bios select usb device flash it leave it to do its thing then you should be good with new bios
if done wrong will brick your motherboard

Coolermaster Thunder 600W powersupply. And no I never had blue screens. It just randomly freezes and I can't do anything but hard resetting. And I don't know about the status of hdd ram and ssd or 5v 12v rails.

easy things you can do are:
1.Check your ssd and HDD with brand specific tools for smarts errors.
2.Check your RAM with memtest86.
3.Borrow a PSU from a friend if possible and check if problems persist.
4.Do a BIOS update.
