hello.
i am currently having one hdd 320 gb in my computer, i do alot of 3d work and some times i open more than 2 software at once, what i notice is alot of read and write by system, chrom, other applications which prevent me from working on the other stuff.
So, my question is do i need and extra drive for all hdd usage of 3d apps and keeping the master hdd for chrom usage and system ? sdd is excluded be cause i cant buy it, and the focus here is on the number oh hard drive being enough or it doesn't matter if i buy second hdd.

System specs: Core i5 2.9ghz
Ram 8 gb
gpu amd r 7 240

More storage space is not going to speedup anything but more RAM should as it may reduce amount of disk writing. HDDs are slowest component and if there is not enough free RAM parts have to be written to disk until needed and that can slow things up considerably.

Hello again and here i am today with 2 hdd drives the old one with system and the new one 360gb for games and app
i think my guess was accurate and number of hdd drives matter since now i can install games while workin on chrom or i could run another 3d apps without waiting the installation to finish!
