I wanna ask if the evga gtx 1050 ti ssc can work with 4pin connector or it needs a 6pin connector,
cuz i have 300w psu 80plus and i'm wondering if the evga 1050 ti ssc will work fine on it.

The EVGA GTX 1050 Ti SSC doesn't need any PCIE power connectors. It gets its power directly from your motherboard's PCIe x16 slot (~75W).

300W **might** be fine, but, you must check the power draw of your other components as well as the +12V rail of that 300W PSU as to what actual wattage that PSU can provide to your entire system.
