Probably a GT 1030 is the most I'd risk. It only draws 30W.

As long as you have a full length PCIE x16 slot yes they would. But I don't recommend you use a 750 Ti as it uses more power. You might get by with using one, but it would present greater risk to your power supply and the rest of your system.
