Currently I am using Integrated graphics 530 on an Intel Core i7-6700k w/ 16GB of DDR4. However, I recently received two identical Nvidia GT 220 cards and now I'm wondering if that would give me better gaming performance if I used one for graphics and the other as a dedicated Physx card.

Solution
Best performance would be to sell those two cards and get a single decent one. You won't get much for the GT 220 cards though, they were slow when new and are approaching being 10 years old.

Someone that needs them for a cheap HTPC or a business system may give you $20-30 for both cards. Then you can get a Radeon RX 550 or nVidia 1030 and be much better off for a cheap price. To match your CPU you really should get something on the high low end or mid range like a nVidia 1050Ti or RX 560.
