Are insulation gaskets reusable?

This may sound dumb, but I just recently bought a new MoBo and figured that I could safely reuse the screws and stand offs but I wasn't sure on whether or not it was safe to reuse the gaskets as well.

Just so nobody gets lost, I'm referring to the, usually red, rings that are installed on the board along side the screws that are used to hold it in place

As long as intact, you can re-use them. Personally, though, I never use those and I have built hundreds of systems over the years.

Probably.. for the record, I have never used them and not had any problems.

I only remember using them in systems I built back in the late 1990's.

Modern computer cases don't use isolating washers on the standoffs so that the motherboard can be grounded directly to the computer case.
