help me choosing a psu!

Solution
A 1050Ti doesn't need much power. Most run without a connection to the PSU at all. Some need a little extra power but would run on a 350W PSU without any issues.

The CXM you've picked is a decent entry level quality unit (no to be mistaken for the old CXm in the outdated tier list above) and should be fine for your needs unless you live in a really hot area
The 450W unit would let you upgrade to a 1060 or equivalent in the future, the 550W would take any GPU you desire up to a 1080Ti.

Should handle an overclock of the CPU without any problems especially with the 1050Ti

im planning to get a ryzen 5 1500x and a gigabyte gtx 1050 ti g1 gaming which has a 6 pin
and all i have planned is to put the gtx 1050 ti in gaming mode which is a bit oc'd
could that psu work properly in that situation?

Yes it will,
By heavy OC i meant the CPU.
The GPU auto OC isn't something that draws much more power from the system(Specially if you're considering the 1050Ti which has low power draw), so no problems there as well.

Also, the listed posted above is a great one to look for. Just note that the model reviewed there from the CXM is the older one ( with the green label ), the newer one ( with gray label ) is much better in therms of quality, i have the CX450M one myself using a i7 6700 (65W of power draw as well) and a GTX 1060 and I rarely shutdown my PC, never had a problem with it.

You can rest easy with either buy
