I have built a new PC and I'm having some trouble with booting into Windows.
The PC will post and I get a beep. The display then goes off when trying to load into windows. At this point I can not turn off the PC by the normal power switch, I have to use the PSU.
I can boot into the bios and if I boot from a usb to re install Windows I can get into Windows briefly before the screen goes off again and I'm back to where I started.
I have ''breadboard'' outside the case but the same thing happens.
I'm new to PC builds so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Gigabyte ab350 motherboard
Ryzen 5 1600, stock cooler
Palit Super Jetstream GTX 1080
2 x 8gb DDR4 Corsair Vengence
650w Corsair PSU
1tb Toshiba HDD
