Well I ordered a motherboard from msi and it arrived without the cpu mounting plate so I called msi's cusomer service and the man I talked to told me to email him information and proof of purchase and that he would set up an order number and have the part sent then after ensuring I had the email address right I emailed him and I haven't heard back and since then should I just wait or call them again
