Is pny a good GPU maker?

I'm currently looking to build a new ~$2k gaming PC and I have been looking around for good deals on GPU's.

I found the PNY - GeForce GTX 1080 Ti 11GB XLR8

For $633 free shipping. That nearly $100 less than the EVGA - GeForce GTX 1080 Ti 11GB SC2 Video Card.

Han anyone had any experience with pny? The sale is through Dell direct so it is legitimate.

PNY is a good company that sells quality products, so is most other companys that sell graphics cards. The main difference between companys is their refund/RMA policys and their customer support. EVGA has been known to overprice their products though as said above.
