GPU dilemma for PCIe half-mini x4 2.0 bus

In a bit of a bind...I am looking to run a workstation for video editing and I'm trying to avoid upgrading my entire rig. I have a mini-itx tower with an asRock h81tm-itx 2.0 board...the only option for a dedicated graphics card is a half-mini pcie x4 slot which isn't open ended either.

I want to use Adobe Premiere Pro to edit video...nothing crazy but one of the plugins I wish to use requires a minimum of a GPU with 2gb of dedicated vram

I'm struggling to find options...there are no x4 half-mini GPU cards...would an adapter to x16 suffice? I'm also assuming a big card will bottleneck the pcie bus...and my best option is probably just upgrading? Lol

Mind sharing your full system's specs? List them like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU: current as well as the replacement
PSU:
Chassis:

I'm more skeptical about the GPU not being fed with ample power considering you've got an X4 slot and your form factor might not allow for a larger GPU to go on. I stand to be corrected though.
