Slow alt tabbing on cs go and low fps

Hello.I'm new here.
I would like to ask a few questions here.
first, why is my laptop slow when alt tabbing on csgo? going to desktop is instant, but when I go back to in game, it gets me blackscreen. I realized if I turn on xbox dvr, I dont get any blackscreen but the game is freezing for a while. is there any way for me to make it instant?
second, why is my laptop low on fps? There's an iCafe here in my city I reside, their pc has the same spec as mine, except I use laptop here, but their pc has fps around 200-300 with super high settings.

OS : Windows 10
CPU : i7-4720HQ
GPU : Nvidia GTX 950m
RAM : Corsair vengeance 16gb
Display : 1920 x 1080 60hz

if other games doesnt do this then its just cs go that have issue not your laptop.as i mention i have a few machine and cs go have issue with alt-tab on some of those machine..this...

do u monitor your temps during gameplay?also what is the specs of the pc?it cant be the same as 950m is only for laptop and a desktop equivalent is a gtx 650.are u using an ssd/hdd?some games tend to this during atl-tab especially the valve engine games.

I don't check my temps.I have an extra cooling pad, it is cooling paster notepal x3.
I don't quite remember the spec of the pc.Both my laptop and the icafe pc are using gtx 950(except one is for laptop another one is for pc), but is there so much different?200 fps(very high settings) and 100fps(with not quite high settings).I am using ssd Samsung evo 850 m.2.that's why I am super confused.before I upgraded my laptop, the alt tab is slow too.My laptop had only 7200 rpm hdd and 4gb ram,I upgraded it to ssd and 16gb memory yet it doesn't produce much different performance except I dont have to use virtual memory anymore.

obviously there is so much difference.as i said your gpu performance is equivalent to a desktop gtx 650.it wont come close to a desktop 950 just because your card is a 950m.take note of the M which is mobile.also you need to monitor your temps.use hw info to record them.your cpu could be throttling due to the high temps.

The slow atl tab usually depends on the games and your pc specification.as i mention earlier source engine games tend to have issue if u alt+tab.on my old gaming notebook which only have a slow 5400rpm hard drive i have the same issue alt+tab out of cs go.but surprisingly less issue on my higher end desktop pc with a 256gb ssd for the OS and the games running on a seperate 1tb hdd.

I use ssd right now,game and OS on the same disk.I tried that setup before, OS on ssd and game on 1tb hdd, still useless.

Don't know.Since I only play csgo right now.Before I stopped playing dota, I played dota and cs.Dota had no problem at all but cs.So I thought, because I was out of memory since I only had 4gb memory. After I tried the performance for 1 day still the same. Then I had to switch everything to ubuntu so I played cs on ubuntu with no problem at all except it had so much error so I dual booted my laptop right now.windows for games and word processing,ubuntu only for programming.Is there any solution?

if other games doesnt do this then its just cs go that have issue not your laptop.as i mention i have a few machine and cs go have issue with alt-tab on some of those machine..this is because when u alt-tab you are dropping/cutting out the gpu/cpu usage.if u alt-tab back in again your gpu and cpu will need to once again ramp up the speed and trying to allocate the same usage and texture right before u alt-tab out of the game.only way i can see if u want to fix this is getting a faster machine as i have no issue on my machine with 880m,970m and 1050ti/1060.
