I have a hp pavilion slimline s3620f with 4 gigs of ddr2 an a pentium dual core that froze at that post screen I force shut it down and now It doesn't post
 
Solution
Most likely the ram is faulty or that the PSU is lacking the appropriate power delivery. If it's the ram, try removing all the sticks and only have one seated and see if the system POST's. If it's the PSU then you're going to have to find the exact same PSU.

The board on your system only needs a 24pin connector.

So an aftermarket PSU with at least a 24pin connector will allow you to troubleshoot the system and find out if the existing PSU is faulty.
