You should be able to run it, but you will have to scale back the Graphics settings. Also 4GB Ram is scraping the minimum requirements. See this page: http://www.pcgamer.com/gta-5-system-requirements-announced/

Yeah, that should work fine as the minimum system requirements are below what your system is running. Good idea to go with GTA 4 first!

Hey, I'd advise not to get GTA 4 as it's a bad port to PC and generally has bad performance on most pcs.
