I am currently playing a game that has benefits for being afk overnight and I'm trying to figure out how to change the speed of my case fans. The fan controller I'm using is the one that comes with Phanteks enthoo pro and the case fans that come with the case are also the same fans I'm looking to change. The fan controller is connected to my cpu_1 head er on my Msi 970 gaming motherboard. I also have my cpu fan plugged into the same fan controller. Any help is appreciated and the most helpful answer will get a +1

Specs:
Amd fx-8320 @4.3ghz
Msi 970 motherboard
700 Watt gold+ PSU
Gtx 1070 SC black

Are..you having trouble with temperatures? The way you have it connected now is that all fans should change according to cpu temperature, and will spin at equal rpm.
Are you looking for manual control over each individual fan or to separate control of cpu fan from others? Just be more specific what you're trying to accomplish.

Sorry for late reply, couldn't be around today. You have usually utilities that come with your motherboard that allow you to do this. Since I also have MSI, it is called Command Centre, MSI should have it on support page for your mobo.
You can also use third party apps like SpeedFan or the one you found, just make sure they detect temperatures on your board accurately and respond appropriately before you leave it overnight on it.
