Hello!

I am looking to get a single radiator liquid CPU cooler and am stumped on which one. I was looking at the Corsair Hydro Series H55 but there are others as well, I don't care much about the noise I just want it to cool my CPU. I don't have a overclocking CPU but it gets really hot where I live so I want something to keep it cool while gaming.

Any suggestions would be great!

My system:
intel Core i5-6600
8.00GB ram
MSI H110M PRO-D
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB

Solution
For under $115, I would recommend going with a good air cooler. You aren't going to get anything liquid that is going to be better in the price range.

The thing with coolers is that they cool better when fed with cooler ambient air. To that effect, if you're watercooling, you won't be seeing some stellar numbers. I assume you're on the stock Intel cooler which also leads me to think your case has inadequate airflow/cooling potential. You've forgotten to mention your case's make and model as well. Please include it.

With that said, are you sure you'd like to stick to a single 120/140mm radiator setup? Might I also ask where you're located and how much you plan to spend on the cooler?

Hello!

My case is an older Cyber power mid tower case, so there are no manuals out there for it, I have searched for it before, and I do not have the manual in person, the best I can do is provide the link to it https://www.amazon.com/CyberpowerPC-GUA3100A-Desktop-FX-4300-Windows/dp/B0111MTSZ8
I would like to stick with a single radiator setup because I think it fits my computer and is smaller. For price, I am looking for something below 115$. I live around Vancouver area, which is getting a lot of sun at the moment, plus we only have ac in two of the rooms. Hope this helps.

Agreed! For that amount of money you could easily get a current spec'd case like a Coolermaster N200 and CPU cooler like a Cryorig H7 or a Hyper 212Evo cooler and call it a day. Mind you, if your existing case can accommodate the aforementioned coolers, then that saves you an additional 50USD(or more if the prices are higher in Canada) ;)
