PC started to restart after GPU upgrade

Hello everyone,
I started having my pc restarting while gaming (no BSOD with disabled auto reboot option) after my friend gave away his perfectly working ASUS GTX 760 GPU for me (he had an upgrade so did not need the GPU anymore). I am running this GPU on GA-MA78LMT-S2 rev 1.3 motherboard with Phenom II X4 925 CPU and 2x2 GB DDR3 1333MHz rams and a 500w PSU (no overclocking done to any components). A friend suggested that I might have PSU problems so I tried connecting a spare PSU (500w also) for GPU only and that did not help (the PSU started making buzzing noise while in-game). While running games on max settings CPU temp doesn't go above 60C, GPU 75C, tho one of my motherboard temperature senors show a high reading of 84C even under minor load (while browsing internet etc.) that in-game reaches 94C. To monitor the system I used "Open Hardware monitor". Could anyone give any leads what to check next?

What is the make and model of your PSU? To ask further, how old is it?

A system that reboots/shuts down abruptly when under load scenario's is tell tale that your PSU is failing at it's duty.

Please list your full system's specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 925 Processor (7 years)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-MA78LMT-S2 rev. 1.3 (7 years)
RAM: 2x2GB DIMM PC10600 DDR3 1333MHz (I think one was 7 years old Kingstone the other one is ADATA like 5 years old)
SSD/HDD: Samsung SSD 850 EVO 250GB (2 years) and Seagate BarraCuda ST3500418AS 500GB (7 years)
GPU: Asus NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 (old one that the system ran without restarts was Radeon HD5750)
PSU: AKYGA 500W LPK12-30 (7 years old) tried to hook up to a Inter-tech SL-500A that has been bought 2 years ago and sitting without use.
Chassis: Linkworld case 321-62u midi atx (7 years)
OS: Windows 7 64x ultimate (fresh install 1 week)

Posted temperatures where measured with PC case opened at ambient temp ~20C. The case isn't very dusty. I am considering reapplying thermal paste to CPU and GPU processor tho they don't reach that high temperatures before the system restarts... And I haven't got a fan that I could use as extra cooling atm.

I have installed CPUID HWMonitor and ran some testing, I did not push the PC to force a system restart but I noticed that on my motherboard voltages tab my +12V (I guess on load after like 4 minutes of World of Tanks) have dropped to a minimum of +10.56V (with the game minimized its back to 12.22V) is it safe to assume that the PSU just does not have the juice to power my system? PSU calculators I ran to see how many watts my system require gave results bellow 400W. I guess before I go buying a new PSU I could try to hook up again the spare 500w PSU to power just the GPU and run some testing again to see if those +12V will drop on me then.

So an update: after connecting the spare PSU via PCI-E 8 pin socket to power only my GPU 12V haven't dropped that bad as it did with all system power by a single 500w PSU. Giving a go at the same game it dropped from 12.22 to 11.72 and I got no clue is that "OK" and if its safe to assume it's time to get a proper PSU (the PSU powering only my GPU buzzes in game like a bee hive) and if so any tips what to look for? If i am correct PCI-e 8 pin delivers 150 watts so should I be looking into PSU 650w or more? Since it looks that not all 500w PSU deliver 500w...

At my local market the only tier 2 PSU I was able to find was: Seasonic M12II-EVO620 620W 80 Plus Bronze, and still I will have to order it cause they got none in stock...
