Hi! Im looking forward ro buy the Asus Prime B350M-A motherboard. The description says 2667mhz compatibilty. I'm asking if my Kingston hyperx fury 8gb 2666mhz ram will be fully compatible with the mobo. If not what problems will I have? Thanks in advance

So long as the ram you currently have(Kingston) is DDR4, it should drop in without any issues. The worst that could happen is that the system boots into BIOS with your rams running at 2133MHz. You should ofc make sure that your motherboard BIOS is up to date to maximize ram compatibility.

If you're unsure of the ram kit you own, please send us a link and we'll be happy to look through the specs ;)

FYI, with Ryzen's platform, it's a good idea to invest on a ram kit that can go up to DDR4-3200MHz since the new AGESA/BIOS updates say that you can go to DDR4-4000MHz.

Thank you, I was just curious if I'll have any problems, but due to that my BIOS is up to date, I wont. Thanks for the suggestion, I'll probably save up a bit more and buy 3200mhz rams :)
