White horizontal lines all over screen (Pictures)

Hello toms hardware community, I have recently made an account on these forums for urgent help needed with my pc as it's the only one in this house. I'm going to start from the beginning.

I was playing battlefield 4 and I had a cup of tea. My tea was placed on top of my pc case for temporary. And yep when I was going to move it to a safer place I bumped it and some tea splashed over and into the mesh. Retarded enough I actually continued playing because I thought I spilt almost nothing. Then yeah I got a blue screen 5 mins later pc froze a couple of times then restarted. I shut it down from the power supply. There was 2 drops of tea wich had fallen on top of my gpu and it looked like on one of the vram chips. I cleaned it with q tips with alcohol and let it dry for 4 or 5 hours. Plugged it back in and this now happens. I have tried a few reseats and the same thing happens. Here is a photo of my desktop:
