Cryorig H7 or the Quad Lumi edition or the Be Quiet! Dark Rock Pro 3 or the Shadow Rock 2 cooler. You would need to include a budget though for some fine tuning

If not you can do far better for the money.
Ryzen for one ,
If Intel is a must have you'd be better with a i7 7700 & a cheaper motherboard.

Well bearing in mind that 6600k + the board + a cooler will be $400+

This will perform straight out better.
