PC crashes every time I try to play a game

I have been having some issues with my PC lately. My computer has been running perfectly ever since I built it about a year ago. But one day when I played a game it just crashed and had a blank screen forcing me to restart my PC. Now every time I play a game on my PC, I get about 5-10 minutes of time before it crashes. If anyone has any ideas that would be great.

My Specs:

GPU: AMD Radeon R9 270x
CPU: Intel Core i7 4790k
RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengeance GDDR5
PSU: Corsair CX600M 600 Watt PSU
Motherboard: ASUS Z97-A
OS: 64-bit Windows 10
Hard Drive: Western Digital Blue 1TB SATA 6 Gb/s 7200 RPM 64MB Cache 3.5 Inch

Solution

You can run HW Monitor to see what your motherboard is reading your voltages at.
This wont help see load information, and this information can not be trusted as accurate anways.

What is tremendously more useful is...

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs inclusive of your OS.
Please lit them like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

If the issue isn't presented when in idle, then it's possible that your PSU is failing and is incapable of powering your GPU when under load. That or the drivers are wonky.

Thanks for the reply. I think it may be the PSU now that you have mentioned it. Do you know of any software that I could use to test my PSU?

What is tremendously more useful is knowing what your PSU and other system specs are which you still have not answered.
