I know there is a sticky about the different versions of Win7. I'm not here about that. I am wondering why this version https://pcpartpicker.com/product/LQH323/microsoft-os-fqc00129 is slightly cheaper than this version https://pcpartpicker.com/product/fbPfrH/microsoft-os-fqc04649 I thought oems were supposed to be signifigantly cheaper? Am I missing something obvious? I have a dreadful feeling I am. Sorry if this is a very noob question. I was just under the assumption that full retail versions were MUCH more expensive.
