I had my pc for about 5 months now, It had it's problems before, bad Motherboard,CPU, I got those replaced 2 months ago. Now since the beginning of June a new issue rose up where whenever I play a game it will randomly freeze and quickly reboot the computer, Just freeze, or hdmi signal would drop and I can't do anything but hard reset my computer. My temperatures are fine nothing gets too hot even under load.

I have an RX 470, i3 6100,450w Corsair Bronze+ PS, 40 inch Samsung 1080p TV, 8 gigs of Kingston Hyper Fury Ram, 1tb Western Digital hard drive. I'm on Windows 7 64 bit Home Premium

Any chances of what could be the main issue?

I was leaning towards my graphics card since it only happens in gaming, nothing else.

Solution
it could be a overheating problem , voltage problem , psu problem or maybe graphic card.
use softwares like aida 64 or prime 95 or cpuz and afterburner for stress test your system while doing that control your voltages , temertures and all of your fan spinning rpm to find the problem you could use cpuid hwinfo for that.
