I dont have much idea about which ssd should i buy ... Can you guys reccomend me a good one?
480 - 525 gb
budget : around 150 euro

Does your motherboard support M.2? If so I'd go with this.

Motherboard is asus z270f ( it supports)
so M.2 better than sata?

It won't improve performance however it's less cable management and keeps the build cleaner.
