I wanted to buy a 6570 gpu for my pc but i want to know if it will work with my psu or not the gpu --->

That power supply is giving a bit over 200W on the 12V ouput, either of those CPUs is 65W. The card would be less than 75W, so worst case you're using 140W on the 12V. I see no reason it wouldn't work.
