Graphics Card is making buzzing noise and occasionally Crashes!!

So i've had this computer for about a year now and ever since I got it, the Graphics Card has been making a buzzing noise. Recently within the last few months it has been freezing all of a sudden. It only freezes when I am using applications such as Garry's Mod, Counter Strike:Global Offensive, when editing videos on Sony Vegas Pro 14 and also when downloading games of Steam(such as NBA 2k17). This is really getting on my nerves as I am finding it hard to use my PC. If anyone has solution for my issue please tell me because i'm dying on my insides (no need to attend the funeral).

My graphics card is a [Asus GTX 960 Turbo] and my CPU is [AMD FX 6300]. I am not sure exactly sure what motherboard i havebut i am positive it is a Gigabit one. Also My computer gets quite warm even for light use such as internet browsing.
