How to recover dropped external hard drive that still spins

Guys, not sure if it is possible to recover segate 2tb external hard drive that was dropped but still spins using enclosure, when i want to access it, the 'This pc' is very slow, it keeps saying 'working on it', but i can see the drive in 'Device management' and where it says 'Safely remove hardware and eject media' the external hard drive appears with the eject option but after awhile, pretty sure nothing wrong with the enclosure and the USB connector but I tried them with another external hard drive and they work like a charm.

If the drive is not under warranty or you just don't care about it, you could open the external drive and just plug the drive directly into a computer. Could also be that the drive became partly dislodged from the sata to usb card inside the enclosure, its hard telling without knowing what Seagate drive you have.
