Hello,
So I bought Hyper 212 Evo for my I7-3770 and I have some problems with it.
First of all PC doesn't boot with 2 RAM sticks in it (2x4), it only boots with RAM in the second slot , but if I loosen the screws it still doesn't boot until I push a cooler bit up, however PC boots without any problems (screws loosened) while "standing" horizontally, but when I make it stand vertically it doesn't boot (unless I push it up). I've had an issue with cooler in the past as well (with same setup) and loosening the screws worked for it.
So I wonder if the issue is caused by motherboard or CPU. I'm planning to upgrade my motherboard, so I want to know if the CPU doesn't have some problems...

~Thanks in advance !

Setup:
EVGA 500W PSU
I7-3770
Asus H61M-K
Kingston 8 GB RAM (2x4)
EVGA GTX 960 SSC

It's pulling forwards on the motherboard near the top and pushing down at the bottom. My face tightens up and cringes at the thought of this, but yeah, the motherboard is being bent by the cooler. I'd replace the motherboard, because I've never heard of that happening before, but with extremely low budget motherboards and GIANT coolers. So your options are to either change your motherboard, or (not as cost effective) get an AIO watercooler.

Those screws must be really tight because that would have to mean it is pulling on/warping your motherboard. Those micro-atx boards aren't known for being that sturdy, but this sounds pretty bad.

Thank you for your answer,
So that means the problem is caused by motherboard?
Btw if I don't tighten the screws the PC still won't boot while standing vertically, but if I push heatsink a bit up it works.

Thanks for the help!
Glad to hear that CPU isn't damaged. Still, I was going to replace motherboard with Z77.
