Doesnt matter what type of recording software i use the video allways looks laggy and freeze sometimes even tho my hhd write speed is fine and i have 8gb ram

You need a dedicated hard drive specifically for recordings to go to, to eliminate/reduce stuttery/laggy recordings.
You also need a computer powerful enough to record things smoothly besides that.
