Im kinda worried about the 85 degrees max, is that okay/is the OC good?

Solution
The 85 degrees max is getting out of the safe range. You should aim for a maximum of 72, but you can go up to 80 for brief periods of time mostly safely. http://www.overclock.net/t/1398276/haswell-ocing-max-temp-limits. I have a 4690k too, on water, and I have 1.335v and 4.6ghz. On my cache, I have 3.9ghz like you, but I have a lower cache voltage - around 1.1v I think. Your OC is pretty good, but I think your temps are too high.
