Replacing new mobo help

I have asus maximus formula ix it has a dead led in it so I'm getting a replacement.

So my question is do I need to do anything to get the computer ready for the replacement?
Do i need to uninstall any drivers?
Will I need to install anything on the new 1?
Or can I just plug everything in and go?

will need to uninstall all old drivers first them boot up and instal new drivers

If you are running now and are simply replacing the exact same motherboard, you need do nothing.
Just replace and go.

Depends on if you get the same board or not. If it's the exact same board the about the only extra setup you may need to take is re adjusting your bios settings. If running windows it may complain/have you re activate but worst case scenario a quick call to Microsoft will fix that.

Ya I'm up and running now and getting the same mobo. So very simple just pull the old out and put the new in and it should all be good?
